Comment : A family dining atmosphere, a little
noisy, but we always look forward to eating here. The food is
very good, the prices are fair and the salad dressing is exceptional!

Comment : Had a wonderful breakfast here. The
banana stuffed french toast with strawberries was out of this world!
Everything else was good too. Prices were about what I'd expect at WDW

Comment : This was a wonderful place for our
family to unwind after a long day.
Our waitress was so friendly - she asked us what we had done that day
and listened to our kids' stories as though she had never heard
stories
like them before. The food was wonderful!

Comment : Our party of three ate a lot at this
dining hall, because it was so convenient. Breakfast was easy.
The bakery is really good. Fresh bagels and muffins made my
husband and I happy. My three year old daughter was content with
boxed cereal and a carton of chocolate milk. Lunch and dinners were
just OK. They do have a good turkey sandwich. The
personal pizzas left a lot to be desired. I found the fresh
fruit and cooked vegetables to be very poor. After two days of
trying to get a good banana for my daughter, I gave up. Don't expect a
great meal, but if you need a place to "fuel up" before or
after a park, then try it.

Comment : We had a group of 15 people for this
dinner. Our waiter was great. He really didn't make too many mistakes.
He got all the kids their drinks, and took care of the adults' orders,
too. As I listened to everyone order their food, NOT ONE person wanted
the food as it would have been served, everyone had something special
they wanted added, or taken off. I had salmon and it was good. I
wasn't very hungry. All these big meals catch up with you! We had a
great time here - the first annual Disneyzone Meet! LOL

Comment : My husband, sister and brother-in-law
really enjoyed this food court. After visiting others on site -
this is by far the best on the grounds. The selection of food
was good and it tasted outstanding for food counter service!
The bakery is the best on Disney property next to the French one at
EPCOT.

Bonfamilies
at Port Orleans - Now Closed!
Service Times : Perfect
Courtesy : Just Average
Atmosphere : OK - nothing special
Food : Delicious Food!
Comment : This is the only sit down restaurant
at the Port Orleans, so they try to do a nice balance of
"normal" food (for the unadventurous) and Cajun and Creole
dishes (in keeping with the resort's theme). Be adventurous!!!
If you've never been to Louisiana, this will make you want to go.
Although the spices have been toned down a bit for the Disney crowd,
it's still a pretty good approximation of real new Orleans cookery.
The crawfish etoufee is magnificent, and you can not miss having the
beignets for breakfast -- thy're a real taste of the Big Easy.

Food : Has this been sitting out all day?
Comment : I hate to say it, but it was the
absolute worst meal I ate during my entire stay..overpriced and
badly prepared. I am from New Orleans, and the food was worse than
the Cajun food at Popeye's Fried Chicken. Do yourself a favor--sneak
over to Dixie Landings and eat at Boatwright's Hall--FANTASTIC and
friendly fun!

Comment : We started with the chicken buffalo
chicken wings, very good, but hot. I had the crawfish pasta and
husband had porkchops all was delicious. Very reasonable on pricing
dinners. This was where we got the tip to try Chef Mickeys for
breakfast from the waitress. :)

Comment : Coming from England the restaurants
in the US are on another planet. The restuarants/waiting staff
back home could could certainly learn something from Disney!
The food was excellent - it came exactly how we asked it to be
cooked - the only thing was that the portions were so huge but
that's hardly a bad thing really. The staff were brilliant,
nothing was too much trouble for them.
This was the icing on the cake as far as our stay at Port Orleans
was concerned.

Floatworks and Food Factory
Service Times : Slow

Atmosphere : Tacky
Food : Average - Nothing Special
Comment : This is the worst of the Moderate
resort's food courts. There are oversized heads and mardi-gra
decorations on the roof. The food comes slow once you get in
line; and the foods not so great. Most of All It Is very, very loud
in there... its hard to have a conversation without shouting
sometmes It was OK although I would rather eat at the
food court at Dixie Landings or Coronado Springs

Comment : Well, I used to buy my breakfast
there everyday: great food, nice selection, and it was cheap. Great
service, people were the BEST, always chatting with us, and always
with a smile in their faces. Certainly, when I get back to
Disney I'll go there again.

Comment : For a food court, it was pretty
good. Pizza or pasta, calzones, burgers, ribs, chicken
strips, mexican food (taco salad, nacho supreme, tacos...)really nice
bakery and coolers with coleslaw, salads, sandwiches, fruit. Prices no
worse than food courts all over the "amusement world". My
husband and daughter got great looking cheeseburgers....they were
raving about them. I took a bite (or two) from one, it was tasty,
very charbroiled tasting...homemade, not processed tasting.
They had an array of breakfast items too, but we didn't eat
breakfast there. I was not disappointed. It was large, cool and
comfortable. I will admit though that a couple of times we had
to wait a bit for our food, but it was usually not too bad. The
choices for service time (above) are too rigid, I would say, usually
a moderate wait.
