Comment : I really liked this place. It is like
a soda shop right out of the 50's and they have very good food to
boot. I had the turkey burger which was surprisingly tasty as was
their sirloin burger which my girlfriend had. Their specialty though
is the milkshake...you must try one!!

Comment : My friends and I had stayed at the
Yacht and Beach Club in July of 1997, this was my very first time at
Disney world.
I can tell you this, Beaches and Cream is the place to eat at the Y@b
Club. The atmosphere is great, its as if you were back in the
50's and 60's. Also, the service was great everyone in this place was
very energetic and full of life.
The food is some of the best food I have ever had. It ranges from hot
dogs to chesseburgers. I highly recommend
Beaches and Cream as a place to eat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Comment : We had a late lunch, after swimming at
Beaches and Cream. We had hamburgers and hot dogs, fries and root beer
floats. I had a garden burger and it was very good. The fries were
great, too. This restaurant is decorated like an old diner, very cute.
We felt lucky to walk in and find a table, as most of the times we had
walked by it was very crowded inside. We enjoyed our meal and the
waitress Tonya was very helpful. She is the one who talked us into
having the Root Beer Floats! Very refreshing.

Comment : If you miss the old fashioned 50s soda
shop this is the place to reminece. Basic food burgers, hot dogs,
great sundaes. Prices are reasonable for Disney, tables are limited.
But a great place to sit and have lunch. Kid and adults will enjoy the
free jukebox with classic tunes.

hamburgers I've ever had. Same goes for the ice cream. It
seems to take a little bit long to be seated but that's probably
because it's such a small place and also a very popular place.
All in all great food and easygoing atmosphere.

lunch at this 50s style hamburger joint. The service was very slow
because the place was packed but the food was excellent. The waitress
was very nice and helped us order exactly what we wanted. The
hamburgers were great as were the root beer floats. Try this place if
you are at the yacht club or the beach club or even worth the walk
from the boardwalk area.

backed up with crowds.
The food is consistently good. The icecream too! It was
convenient to be able to take a cone/milkshake over to the pool from
the
take-out window. My only complaint is that this place it
WAY too small. Even if the seating was doubled it might still be
too small!

perfectly-themed restaurant is out of the way but worth tracking down.
Walls crammed with movie-star memorabilia and vintage soft-drink
advertisements, cast members dressed in period costume, and a real
playing neon jukebox create a fun, old-time rock'n'roll atmosphere.
The food was good, too; our excellent waiter let us know of a non-fat
milkshake (not on the menu) that tasted every bit like the real thing.
While the food presentation is "no frills," the classic
burgers and fries are top-notch. Great for families or adults
who want quality fast food with excellent service. This place
has it all.

the dinner. We went really early for the breakfast and
Goofy was dancing with us in his surfer outfit, it was fun. There was
a large variety of breakfast food
along with good morning pastries. The dinner buffet is very good, and
has a variety of foods such as,
ribs, chicken, fish, clams, clam chowder, along with a kids corner,
and my daughters' favorite the peel
and eat shrimp. The desserts are wonderful...something for everyone.

Comment : was very surprised after hearing how
good this buffet was. The food was cold and awfull. The only good
thing I had was the smoothie drink. Two adults and two children(ages 9
& 7) We are from Maine and the seafood just does not compare.
Clams were tough and gritty, potatoes tasted like instant, ribs were
very dry, corn was cold and soggy. I won't go on cause it won't be
nice. :(

Comment : This is something you shouldn't miss.
You go up to the buffet, take a pail and fill it with clams, (other
shelled sea food), corn-on-the-cob, etc. Take it back to your seat
& dump it on the table. When done, you go back and find more
great food on the other side. Spareribs, great mashed potatoes,
vegetables, etc. Great salad bar and the dessert bar is 'to die for',
so someone once described it. GREAT PLACE!!

TOO STUFFED TO TRY ANYTHING. RATHER PRICEY BUT AGAIN, WELL WORTH THE
MONEY. WE HAVE BEEN TO DISNEY WORLD OVER 15 TIMES AND WE ALL
AGREED THIS WAS THE BEST MEAL/VALUE IN DISNEY WORLD. CAN'T WAIT

Comment : We've stayed at the Beach Club 3 times
and every time we eat breakfast at Cape May Cafe a few times during
our stay. It's quiet and relaxing. However we always go in
the beginning of November so that could be why its quiet and relaxing.
The buffet has a very good selection with very good food. Goofy
runs the character breakfast along with Chip and Dale, all dressed in
beachwear. It's always enjoyable and I recommend it to anyone
who wants a morning to relax.

with the characters. The restaurant was not too crowded so we
seemed to get
ALOT of time (and frequent visits too) from each of the characters
(Chip, Dale and Goofy). Minnie was always accessible
at the front stand. This was a great way to introduce my 3
year-old to seeing the characters. After the first meal, he was
not as worried and actually began to run up to them. A STRONG
recommendation.

Comment : We go to this restaurant every time we
go to WDW, sometimes twice!! If you like fresh seafood and home-cooked
BBQ, this is the place for you. In this all you can eat, buffet
setting, you pay one price. Menu highlights include peel and eat
shrimp, steamed mussels and clams, fresh broiled fish, BBQ ribs,
chicken. Also included are 2 types of homemade soups-I like the New
England Clam Chowder the best. The salad bar has a good selection and
other veggies are plentiful. Don't forget to save room for the
bountiful array of delectable desserts. The price for the Clam Bake
was around $19.95 per adult. A good selection of children's favorites
such as macaroni and cheese, chicken tenders, and mini hotdogs is also
available for around $9.95. The children can also help themselves to
the adult choices. A full service bar is available, with a nice
variety of beer and wine as well as mixed drinks. The service is very
friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere is very cheery. There is
even paper on the tables and crayons available for "kids" of
all ages to entertain themselves. This is a "don't miss"
restaurant!

family restaurant. They are open for all three mealtimes. Both a
buffet and a la carte menu are available for breakfast. A la carte for

Comment : I took my fiancee out for her birthday
and we both had the chateaubriand for two and a bottle of Moet
champagne. The chateaubriand was wonderful and the service was
excellent. For dessert, they gave my fiancee a complimentary piece of
Jack Daniels cake which was so delicious!!! They also gave her a
birthday card signed by all the Disney characters which was really
nice of them. This is absolutely the best dining experience I have
ever had!!!

Comment : This is the place to go if you want to
be pampered. We felt very spoiled here. It is a nice, sit down and
stay a while type of restaurant. They take their time with each coarse
to give you time to relax and enjoy your meal. At this point in our
trip (our last day) we were ready to just take it easy. The food was
wonderful! They served it so elegantly, too. Even the kids food looked
beautiful! I had this grilled pompano fish that was out of this world.
Grandma had Filet Mignon and she said it was the best she can remember
having. My son got Prime Rib and he loved it! He ate every single
bite! We didn't want to have dessert because we were meeting Genii and
her family for the Fireworks Cruise and had a cake ordered. It was my
husband's birthday so they brought him a card signed by the staff at
the restaurant and some characters and a platter of small desserts.
Such an elegant place! It was very expensive, but definitely worth it!
I am sure we will go there again!

Comment : My husband and I are regulars to
Orlando and the World. On every trip we dine at the Yachtsman
Steakhouse. Each time we have enjoyed wonderful food, service, and
tranquility. After the pace we often put ourselves through at the
theme parks (loving it too) we especially appreciate a good meal. The
pace is nice such that you are able to enjoy each course of your
dining experience. They have a nice wine selection as well. Don't be
alarmed by the bill... IT'S WORTH IT AND SO ARE YOU!!!

husband and I have ever had. It wasn't fancy . . . just a
casually sophisticated atmosphere with the most wonderful food. 5 Star
food in a comfortable, quiet atmosphere without pretense. Our
waitress wasn't judging us on our appearance . . . tired and a bit
rumpled after a day at the parks. Delicious prime rib and
hickory grilled NY strip. My husband's shrimp cocktail with HUGE
shrimp was beautifully arranged and my salad with shallot vinegrette
was so good I wanted to lick the plate! The Bloody Mary's were
nice and spicy and the beer so cold that it was starting to slush in
the glass!

places to eat at WDW. My husband who would rather have a good
hamburger than a steak loved his prime rib and wants to go back next
time we are at WDW. My lobster tail was hugh and very tender,

Husband ordered the 28oz porterhouse and I had the surf &
turf. Delicious. Desserts were presented in creative and
tempting manner. Would eat there every night if we
could afford it. No regrets-got our $ worth.

Comment : My husband and I celebrated our 25th
in Disney. Couldn't have picked a better place to dine.
Both of us had the
shrimp coctail-presented beautifully. Dan had the 28oz
porterhouse steak and I had the surf and turf. Delicious.
Our desserts were presented so creatively and were delicious.
Price was a little high - but this was a special occasion. Would
definitely go back. Our favorite restaurant by far. Waiter
was so attentive.
